▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Tensile and waterproof core-spun yarn is prepared by (a) using raw materials comprising tungsten yarn, tungsten steel wire, tungsten wire alloy, polyester chips, graphene yarn, carbon fiber, hemp, polyethylene fiber, spandex fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, cotton fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, PTFE fiber, polyphenylene sulfide fiber, (b) pretreating carbon fiber, hemp, polyethylene fiber, spandex fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, cotton fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber, PTFE fiber and polyphenylene sulfide fiber by beating, placing the beaten fibers in a dispersing machine to obtain loose fibers, (c) drying the raw materials at 100-120degrees Celsius, (d) passing tungsten wire yarn, tungsten steel wire and tungsten wire alloy through a coiling machine for regular coiling process, (e) stacking layers of the above-mentioned components and pressing by a pressing machine, and (f) subjecting the resultant product to a pressure-bonding treatment with an adhesive to obtain the product. USE - As tensile waterproof core-spun yarn. ADVANTAGE - The core-spun yarn has improved tensile strength, waterproof function and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Tensile and waterproof core-spun yarn is prepared by (a) using raw materials comprising tungsten yarn, tungsten steel wire, tungsten wire alloy, polyester chips, semi-dull polyester chips, graphene yarn, carbon fiber, hemp, polyethylene fiber, Kevlar (RTM: para-aramid) fiber, spandex fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, gold and silver fiber, cotton fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, PTFE fiber, polyphenylene sulfide fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, polymethylphenyl silicone resin and polyethyl silicone resin, (b) pretreating carbon fiber, hemp, polyethylene fiber, Kevlar (RTM: para-aramid) fiber, spandex fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, cotton fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber, PTFE fiber and polyphenylene sulfide fiber by beating, placing the beaten fibers in a dispersing machine to obtain loose fibers, (c) drying the raw materials at 100-120degrees Celsius, (d) passing tungsten wire yarn, tungsten steel wire and tungsten wire alloy through a coiling machine for regular coiling process, (e) stacking layers of the above-mentioned components and pressing by a pressing machine, and (f) subjecting the resultant product to a pressure-bonding treatment with an adhesive to obtain the product.
