NOVELTY - This invention provides a method of preparing a two-dimensional carbon thin film, providing an electrochemical solution; the electrochemical solution comprising a first solution and a second solution, a first electrode and a second electrode disposed without contacting the electrochemical solution, wherein between the first electrode and the second electrode having a potential difference, the first electrode or the second electrode comprises a graphite material; the first molecules penetrate between the layers of the graphite material, and separating the graphite material sheet forming a plurality of two-dimensional carbon films, the second of these two-dimensional molecule covering the carbon film.
