▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing (S10) a first mixture by adding a functional solution containing hydrophobic spherical nano cellulose crystal to a hybrid composition including graphite and graphene. A polymeric material and the first mixture are compounded (S20) to prepare a second mixture, and the second mixture is molded. The second mixture comprises 30 to 50 parts by weight of graphene, 0.05 to 0.1 parts by weight of spherical nanocellulose crystals, and 60 to 70 parts by weight of polymer material compared to 100 parts by weight of graphite. USE - Method for manufacturing heating element e.g. hybrid heater. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical. The hybrid heater has excellent strength and moldability, and effectively inhibits graphitization of graphene without using strong toxic acids. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a heating element manufactured. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a heating element.
