▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Controlling growth of graphene coated film on a surface of copper-plated steel fiber comprises placing copper-plated steel fiber in quartz tube after cleaning and left in tube furnace for certain period of time, then passing carrier gas and carbon source gas in tube furnace, growing graphene on the surface of copper-coated steel by atmospheric chemical vapor deposition. USE - The method is useful for controlling growth of graphene coated film on a surface of copper-plated steel fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate; and the product has stable properties.
