NOVELTY - A humidity sensor comprises humidity sensitive component based on the reduced graphene oxide material, where the reduced graphene oxide material is treated with a graphene oxide material through a hydrobromic acid solution, and humidity sensitive component is responsive to ambient humidity so as to realize the sensing of ambient humidity. USE - Humidity sensor. ADVANTAGE - The humidity sensor has better stability, moisture sensitivity and wet hysteresis under the condition of high humidity environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene oxide film based humidity sensor, involving separately depositing the polycationic polymer (A) and graphene oxide material on the substrate on which electrode has been prepared by using electrostatic induction layer self-assembly method to form a graphene oxide composite film, and preparing the graphene oxide film based humidity sensor.
