NOVELTY - Visible light catalytic water sterilization based on multi-element composite material comprises (i) preparing magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material, adding the prepared two-dimensional nanostructured magnetic nano silver/graphene composite material, and the activated carbon loaded with photo-catalytic material into the water, (ii) adding micro hydrogen peroxide into water, and eliminating harmful bacteria in water under the irradiation of visible light to excite visible light catalytic reaction, (iii) using ultraviolet lamp for ultraviolet sterilizing, magnetically separating and recycling the magnetic nano silver/graphene composite material in water body to obtain purified water after sterilizing treatment. USE - Used as visible light catalytic water sterilization based on multi-element composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good sterilizing effect, and antibacterial effect, neutralizes water, avoids secondary pollution to water, is safe, has high efficiency and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a control system based on multi-element composite material visible light-catalytic water sterilizing, comprising a raw material detecting module connected with a central control module to detect the photocatalytic properties of activated carbon loaded with photocatalytic material. A hydrogen peroxide proportioning module is connected with central control module and is used to prepare hydrogen peroxide into hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 27.5%. The central control module, and raw material detection module, hydrogen peroxide ratio module, magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material preparation control module, magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material detection module, weighing module, visible light irradiation control module, the disinfection module and magnetic separation control module are connected and are used to control the normal operation of each module by using a single chip or a controller. A magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material preparation control module is connected with central control module, for controlling preparation of the magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material based on preset control parameters. The magnetic nanometer silver/graphene composite material preparation control module, comprising the raw material acquisition unit is used to control the preparation of magnetic graphene materials and nano-silver. The ultrasonic dispersion control unit is used to control ultrasonic dispersion time of the prepared magnetic graphene material in the mixed solvent, the magnetic stirring control unit is used to control time and strength of magnetic stirring of the mixed solution. The ultrasonic oscillation control unit is used to control the ultrasonic oscillation time and oscillation amplitude of mixed solution. A temperature control unit is used to control the temperature of each solution and each process in preparation process of the magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material. The water flow control unit is used to control the water flow to clean product, pH adjustment unit for controlling the pH value of each solution. A drying control unit is set for drying product based on preset drying parameters, and magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material detection module is connected with the central control module, and used for magnetic detection of prepared magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material. The weighing module is connected with central control module and is used for weighing magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material, and the activated carbon, hydrogen peroxide loaded with photocatalytic materials. A visible light irradiation is connected with central control module is used to control visible light to irradiate water body based on preset parameters. A disinfection module is connected to central control module and is used for ultraviolet disinfection treatment based on preset disinfection parameters by using an ultraviolet lamp. The magnetic separation control module is connected with central control module and is used to recover magnetic nano-silver/graphene composite material in the water body by magnetic separation.
