▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified matched anti-corrosion coating comprises primer, intermediate coat and topcoat. The primer and intermediate paint is modified graphene coating. The topcoat is polyurethane topcoat or fluorocarbon topcoat. The modified graphene coating is prepared by using surfactant as modifying agent and graphene, uniformly dispersing in organic solvent, adding organic resin, hardening agent and auxiliary material. USE - The coating is useful as anti-corrosion coating in pipelines, chemical equipments and metal equipment of offshore platform or ship (claimed); as heavy-duty coating in oil pipelines and in storage tanks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified matched anti-corrosion coating comprising (i) taking surfactant as modifying agent and dissolving in organic solvent, (ii) taking graphene, adding resulting organic solvent, where the mass ratio of graphene and modifying agent is 2:1-1:1, subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion and dispersing uniformly, (iii) taking modified graphene dispersion, adding organic resin, adding 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. auxiliary material and stirring uniformly to obtain organic resin dispersion, (iv) taking organic resin dispersion obtained in the step (iii), adding hardening agent, stirring and drying to obtain modified graphene coating, and (v) taking the resulting modified graphene coating, primer and intermediate paint and painting middle using top coat to obtain graphene modified supporting anti-corrosion coating.
