NOVELTY - Nylon flame retardant conductive material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. nylon 66, 10-20 pts. wt. modified magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite (prepared by magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite, graphene and a silane coupling agent), 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 2-4 pts. wt. flame-retardant synergist, 3-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as nylon flame retardant conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The conductive material: has good flame retardant and conductivity without influencing other mechanical properties of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nylon flame retardant conductive material, comprising (a) uniformly mixing carbon nano tube, modified magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite, nylon 66 and toughener, and using a twin-screw extruder to prepare master batch, and (b) mixing master batch, the flame-retardant synergist, antioxidant, compatibilizer, melting and extruding in a double-screw extruder.
