▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-enhanced aluminum alloy tensile and thermal conductive composite material comprises (i) mixing the graphene with the absolute ethanol solution to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene solution; (ii) adding aluminum alloy powder into the graphene solution, ball milling and placing the mixed solution in a vacuum drying oven for drying to obtain graphene aluminum alloy composite powder; (iii) loading the graphene/aluminum alloy composite powder into a mold and cold pressing to obtain a graphene/aluminum alloy composite material; and (iv) adding the graphene/aluminum alloy composite material into a hot pressing sintering furnace, subjecting the material to vacuum hot pressing treatment, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-enhanced aluminum alloy tensile and thermal conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method can form an oriented structure of graphene.
