NOVELTY - Graphene heat-accumulating heating device comprises a shell, and a graphene heating component (3) comprising a transparent graphene electro-thermal film and a heat accumulator (4) filled with phase change heat storage material. The device further comprises an electrode provided on the surface of a graphene heating layer, preferably 1-2 layers of graphene located on an insulating protective layer. A transparent graphene electric heating film is attached to the outer side of the heat accumulator by using a temperature-resistant adhesive. The shell is made of ceramic or temperature-resistant resin material, and has multiple strip-shaped components. USE - Used as graphene heat-accumulating heating device. ADVANTAGE - The device: utilizes graphene transparent electric heating film heating elements, and the graphene transparent electric heating film that uniformly generates heat in a planar shape; has excellent high temperature stability, low temperature stability, high thermal conductivity and fast thermal diffusion; utilizes the phase change heat storage components to reduce the sudden cooling and heat of the indoor environment; and has specific protection of heat-generating components to reduce the overall heating power consumption.
