NOVELTY - The device has a housing (1), a base (2) and a heat energy device (3), where the housing is arranged on the base. The top of the housing is provided with the heat energy device. A transmission device (4) is provided on the base. The graphene grain is placed on the transmission device. The transmission device is configured to convey the graphene grain boundary from an observation cabin to the housing. A humidifying hole (5) is provided on a side wall of the housing, and connected to a humidifier (7) through a pipeline (6). USE - Grain boundary observation and analysis device of graphene used for manufacturing ultra-miniature transistor, transparent touch control screen, light plate and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The device can observe the growth of graphene grain boundary in real time, and perform the recording and analysis, so that the study of the graphene material experiment is facilitated. The device is simple in structure, light and small in volume and easy to use at all levels of experimental sites. The device can control the internal environment to facilitate observation of the graphene grain boundary.
