NOVELTY - The preparation method of highly thermally conductive graphite film involves (i) adding graphene to a strongly polar organic solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene dispersion, (ii) adding diamine and dianhydride to graphene dispersion, and stirring to obtain inline polymerized graphene-doped polyamic acid resin solution, (iii) adding an imidization reagent to inline polymerized graphene-doped polyamic acid resin solution, defoaming, casting into film, orienting, and high temperature imidizing to obtain graphene-doped polyimide composite film. USE - Preparation of highly thermally conductive graphite film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of highly thermally conductive graphite film involves (i) adding graphene to a strongly polar organic solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene dispersion, (ii) adding diamine and dianhydride to graphene dispersion, and stirring to obtain inline polymerized graphene-doped polyamic acid resin solution, (iii) adding an imidization reagent to inline polymerized graphene-doped polyamic acid resin solution, defoaming, casting into film, orienting with a two-way stretching equipment, and high temperature imidizing to obtain graphene-doped polyimide composite film, (iv) high temperature carbonizing the graphene-doped polyimide composite film, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain a carbonized film, (v) high temperature graphitizing the carbonized film, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
