NOVELTY - Process for producing reduced graphene oxide fiber, involves (a) preparing a graphene oxide solution from natural flake graphite powder using hummers method to obtain a graphene oxide slurry, centrifuging and removing water, (b) using ascorbic acid as reducing agent, preparing a reducing agent solution, and inputting the reducing agent solution into a reaction tank, (c) energizing the heating wire in the reaction tank, and heating the reducing agent solution, (d) injecting the graphene oxide slurry into the reducing agent solution in the reaction tank, (e) starting the stirring blade in the reaction tank, and slowly pushing the reducing agent solution in the reaction tank to circulate in the reaction tank, (f) continuously carrying out reduction reaction after the injection of the graphene oxide slurry and keeping the reducing agent solution circulating in the reaction tank, and (g) discharging the reducing agent solution in the reaction tank, and drying the reducing agent solution. USE - The process is useful for producing reduced graphene oxide fiber. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple to operate, adopts mild conditions, realizes continuous production to a great extent, and ensures high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Process for producing reduced graphene oxide fiber, involves (a) preparing a graphene oxide solution from natural flake graphite powder using hummers method to obtain a graphene oxide slurry with a solid content of 1-5%, centrifuging and removing water, (b) using ascorbic acid as reducing agent, preparing a reducing agent solution with a concentration of 50-100 g/l, and inputting the reducing agent solution into a reaction tank, (c) energizing the heating wire in the reaction tank, and heating the reducing agent solution at 60-100 degrees C, (d) injecting the graphene oxide slurry into the reducing agent solution in the reaction tank at a constant rate using a syringe with an injection speed of 5 ml-10 ml/minute, (e) starting the stirring blade in the reaction tank, and slowly pushing the reducing agent solution in the reaction tank to circulate in the reaction tank, (f) continuously carrying out reduction reaction for 1-5 hours after the injection of the graphene oxide slurry and keeping the reducing agent solution circulating in the reaction tank, and (g) discharging the reducing agent solution in the reaction tank and drying the reducing agent solution at 120-160 degrees C to the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing equipment comprising a reaction tank comprising a closed circulation pipeline, where the reaction tank is provided with an inlet and an outlet, the inlet is provided with an inlet valve, the outlet is provided with an outlet valve, the reaction tank is provided with an electric heating wire for heating and a stirring paddle for circulation, and the needle of a syringe penetrates the shell of the reaction tank to extend into the cavity of the reaction tank and is fixed with the shell of the reaction tank.
