▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The filter has a Bragg reflector formed as a three-layer structure that is provided with a graphene layer, a silicon grating substrate and an intermediate silicon-dioxide insulating layer. A surface of the graphene layer is applied with voltage. A filter main body is formed with a graphene dioxide-silicon tri-layer structure. The graphene layer and a silicon layer are applied with the voltage at two stages, such that the silicon layer is separated by silicon dioxide by applying different voltages. The silicon layer is selected as a Bragg grating structure layer. USE - Silicon graphene Bragg grating structure based tunable multi-channel filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter realizes multiple potential applications and ultra spectrum imaging sensor development so as to ensure low loss of an infrared spectrum. The filter realizes local variability of graphene optical characteristics so as to realize effective periodically changing of refractive index of the Bragg reflector.
