NOVELTY - Manufacturing anti-jamming data cable having externally coated high flame-retardant sheath, comprises (i) selecting a conductor with uniform outer diameter to obtain single line, and processing the single line through electron accelerator irradiation, (ii) setting multiple single wires around supporting frame through star twisting machine, twisting them into cables, controlling the overall twisting pitch between 30-200 mm to obtain cable core, (iii) rotating and wrapping a layer of locating layer outside the cable core by tension to stabilize the structure inside the cable core and wrapping a layer of graphene shielding layer in the form of rotating winding outside the locating layer to obtain wrapped cable core, (iv) wrapping the outside of the wrapped cable core with a metal shielding layer to obtain shielded cable core, (v) laying out the shielded cable core, and extruding the sheath outside, and (vi) irradiating the sheath wire by electron accelerator to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high flame-retardant sheath and cables (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method saves the twisting step, simple process, stable product performance, reduces coupling between signals and meets the crosstalk requirements of five types; utilizes sheath which resists high and low temperature, high oil pollution, strong acid and alkali of harsh environment, and has excellent flame retardant and flame retardant effects when there is a flame.
