NOVELTY - Polymer waterproofing membrane comprises 4-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-50 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. EPDM rubber and 6-12 pts. wt. modified microspheres. The modified microspheres are modified polyacrylonitrile microspheres. The particle size of the polyacrylonitrile microspheres is 25-50 microm. USE - The membrane is useful in preparing outdoor high-temperature and aging-resistant waterproof materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane: has excellent aging resistance and heat resistance, excellent waterproof performance, waterproof, aging-resistant, and heat-resistant; and improves service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polymer waterproof membrane, comprising (i) taking graphene oxide, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, EPDM rubber and modified microspheres, (ii) adding graphene oxide and chlorosulfonated polyethylene to tetrahydrofurandegrees Celsius for 6-8 hours, and then cooling to 90-120degrees Celsius, adding modified microspheres, continuously reacting for 1-1.5 hours, stopping heating, aging, filtering and drying to obtain base film, (iii) plasticizing the bottom film of step (ii), adding EPDM rubber and uniformly mixing, then mixing for 60-90 minutes in an internal mixer to obtain polymer waterproof material, and(iv) hot-press forming and cold-pressing the polymer waterproof material obtained in the step (iii) to obtain a polymer waterproof coil.
