NOVELTY - 5-10 wt.% Lithium, 2-5 wt.% aluminum and 3-8 wt.% magnesium are homogenized and annealed to obtain ingot. The ingot is cut to slabs by wire cutting. After the slab is heated, the multi-pass hot rolled to obtain sheet (s1). The sheet (s1) is subjected to stress relief annealing, to obtain sheet (s2). The sheet (s2) is cold rolled to obtain sheet (s3). Sheet (s2) is processed with explosive gas. Graphene cermet powder is sprayed with spray gun to surface of sheet (s3). A graphene cermet coating is formed on surface of surface (s3). USE - Preparation of wear-resistant alloy plate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of alloy plate with high process efficiency, quality and ductility, and excellent strength, wear resistance and weather resistance by economical method within short period of time.
