▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing adsorption device based on DNA composite gel microspheres comprises (i) preparing porous gel microspheres with positive charges on surface microfluidic emulsification technology, (ii) washing porous gel microspheres and adding to DNA solution, completely adsorbing microspheres to DNA to obtain DNA composite gel microspheres having function of adsorbing chemotherapeutic drugs, and (iii) adding DNA composite gel microspheres obtained in step (ii) into polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chip, and assembling adsorption device based on DNA composite gel microspheres. USE - The method is useful for preparing adsorption device based on DNA composite gel microspheres for adsorbing chemotherapy drugs, preferably doxorubicin hydrochloride, epirubicin hydrochloride and/or cisplatin (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: provides adsorption device based on DNA composite gel microspheres, which has function of actively adsorbing various chemotherapeutic drugs; and is economical and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for adsorption device based on DNA composite gel microspheres, prepared by preparation above method, where the adsorption device includes PDMS chip and DNA composite gel microspheres with function of adsorbing chemotherapeutic drugs.
