NOVELTY - A three dimensional foam molybdenum disulfide/graphene preparing method involves preparing three-dimensional molybdenum disulfide reaction solution by mixing solution of ammonium tetrathiomolybdate and dimethylformamide as material solution. Three dimension molybdenum disulfide reaction raw solution is soaked in foam material solution to complete immersion in a vacuum oven, dried at 70-80 degrees C for 25-35 min after drying the foam dimensional graphene re-immersed in the reaction, to obtain ammonium tetrathiomolybdate /graphene foam, and cooling finished insulation to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing three dimensional foam molybdenum/disulfide graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing disulfide graphene without raw material loss, with increased capacity and circulation stability, in simple and cost effective manner. Three dimension molybdenum disulfide material solution is soaked in foam material solution for 15-20min to complete immersion in a vacuum oven to remove, dried at 70-80 degrees C for 25-35 min after drying the foam dimensional graphene re-immersed in the reaction, to obtain ammonium tetrathiomolybdate /graphene foam, placing the foam in a mixed atmosphere of a tube furnace insulation for 2h, tube furnace filled with argon and hydrogen, holding temperature of 700-800 degrees C, cooling finished insulation at room temperature to obtain product.
