NOVELTY - A preparing system comprises an expanded graphite preparation module, first mixing module, a second mixing module, a low density precast slab module, a mold pressing module, a vacuum soaking module, and a screen bonding module. The expanded graphite preparation module is prepared by taking graphite ore as raw material, mixing resin with auxiliary conductive filler to obtain first mixture. The resin is a thermosetting resin. The auxiliary conductive filler is a carbon fiber, a carbon microsphere, a carbon nano tube, graphene, and a carbon black. The single pole plate is coated with resin adhesive by screen printing technology. The hydrogen flow field single is heated and mold pressed. USE - Preparation system for a composite graphite bipolar plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system uses mold pressing forming technique, which is more suitable for mass production, shortens the processing period, and reduces the production cost. The conductivity, density, air tightness, mechanical light, corrosion resistance and other performance indexes of the composite graphite bipolar plate are excellent.
