▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three dimensional ordered macroporous indium oxide modified composite material comprises three dimensional ordered macroporous indium oxide and nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, which are uniformly supported on its surfaces and inside the channel. USE - Three dimensional ordered macroporous indium oxide modified composite material for use in gas-sensitive material in a nitrogen dioxide gas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three dimensional ordered macroporous indium oxide modified composite material has better selectivity, prolonged stability, and can be prepared in rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing three dimensional ordered macroporous indium oxide modified composite material, which involves dispersing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots in water, adding three dimensional ordered macroporous indium oxide, bubbling nitrogen for 1-3 hours, and controlling the temperature of the mixture at 150-180 degrees C for hydrothermal reaction for 4-8 hours, naturally cooling the mixture to room temperature, and finally drying under vacuum to obtain the finished product, where the ratio of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, water and three dimensional ordered macroporous indium oxide is 0.2-5 mg: 5-20 mL: 25-200 mg.
