NOVELTY - An ultrasonic-assisted polyacrylic ester/amino-modified graphene oxide composite leather coating agent is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide (GO), thionyl chloride, and dimethylformamide, refluxing, adding dimethylformamide, rotary-evaporating to obtain GO-1 product, stirring GO-1, sequentially adding triethylamine and ammonia hydrate, continuously stirring, filtering, water-washing to obtain GO-2, placing distilled water in ice bath, stirring, adding sodium hydroxide and bromine, stirring, adding GO-2, stirring and reacting, heating, reacting, filtering, and water washing. USE - Preparation of ultrasonic-assisted polyacrylic ester/amino-modified graphene oxide composite leather coating agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation achieves uniform dispersion effect, increases dry friction fastness, wet friction fastness, elongation at break, and tensile strength, and maintains softness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An ultrasonic-assisted polyacrylic ester/amino-modified graphene oxide composite leather coating agent is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing 0.5-0.7 mass part graphene oxide (GO), 40-50 mass parts thionyl chloride, and 2-2.2 mass parts dimethylformamide in 3-necked flask for 60 minutes, refluxing at 70-80 degrees C under nitrogen protection for 240 minutes, adding 60-80 mass parts dimethylformamide, rotary-evaporating to constant weight to obtain GO-1 product, stirring GO-1 in beaker at 0 degrees C, sequentially adding 6-8 mass parts triethylamine and 2-4 mass parts ammonia hydrate having 25 mass% concentration, continuously stirring for 60 minutes, filtering, water-washing to obtain GO-2, placing 30-34 mass parts distilled water in ice bath at 0 degrees C, stirring, adding 3-3.8 mass parts sodium hydroxide and 2-2.2 mass parts bromine, stirring for 15 minutes, adding GO-2, stirring and reacting at 85 degrees C for 180 minutes, heating to 90 degrees C, reacting for 60 minutes, filtering, water washing, filtering until filtered liquid has pH 7, dispersing in distilled water, drying to obtain amino-modified graphene oxide powder, heating 130 mass parts deionized water in 4-necked flask to 30 degrees C, adding 0.4 mass part polyethylene alcohol 400 and 1.2 mass parts sodium dodecyl sulfate, uniformly dissolving at constant temperature for 10 minutes, sequentially adding 7 mass parts methyl acrylate, 10 mass parts butyl acrylate, 4 mass parts acrylic acid, and 1-3 mass parts ethyl acrylate, emulsifying at 300 rpm for 20 minutes, steady refluxing at 75 degrees C, dropwise adding 27 mass parts methyl methacrylate, 40 mass parts butyl acrylate, 3-4 mass parts hydroxyethyl acrylate, and aqueous initiator solution comprising 1.2 mass parts ammonium persulfate and 85 mass parts deionized water, maintaining constant temperature, refluxing, heating to 85 degrees C, keeping temperature for 60 minutes, cooling, discharging to obtain polyacrylic ester liquid, regulating 30-40 mass parts polyacrylic ester liquid pH to 4-8 using ammonium hydroxide, adding 0.01 mass part amino-modified graphene oxide powder, stirring for 30 minutes, and ultrasonically dispersing for 20 minutes.
