NOVELTY - Graphene polymer intelligent thermal paste comprises 5-20 pts. wt. graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. high-molecular PTC materials, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 4-6 pts. wt. methyl nylon acid, 4-18 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. dispersion agent, 25-50 pts. wt. solvent, 20-40 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. coupling agent. The polymer PTC material is composed of 60-70 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 8-12 pts. wt. modified acetylene carbon black, and 0.9-1.5 pts. wt. dibenzylidene sorbitol. The modified acetylene carbon black is made by grafting acrylamide on surface of acetylene carbon black. The polymer PTC material is prepared by adding polycaprolactone, polyethylene terephthalate, modified acetylene carbon black and dibenzyl sorbitol into high-speed mixer, mixing and stirring for 20-30 minutes, then mixing at 110-140 degrees C for 5-8 minutes, and finally extruding and granulating with extruder. USE - Graphene polymer intelligent thermal paste. ADVANTAGE - The graphene polymer intelligent thermal paste solves problem that electric heating products prepared by prior art graphene slurry are prone to local overheating and like and cannot guarantee use safety problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene polymer intelligent thermal paste, which involves adding carbon nanotubes and coupling agent to ethanol solution, stirring for 20-40 minutes, and then filtering and drying to obtain surface modified carbon nanotubes, mixing and dispersing surface-modified carbon nanotubes, graphene, polymer PTC material, methyl nylon, urea resin, dispersant, solvent obtained in dispersing machine for 80-120 minutes, performing secondary dispersion in ultrasonic machine to prepare graphene polymer intelligent thermal paste.
