The foam metal is foam nickel, foam aluminum or silver foam. The foam metal doped graphene-polyaniline electromagnetic shield material is prepared by in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization method. USE - Foam metal-doped graphene-polyaniline electromagnetic shield material. ADVANTAGE - The foam metal-doped graphene-polyaniline electromagnetic shield material has high efficiency, high electromagnetic wave absorptivity and no electromagnetic pollution, and prepared in simple and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing foam metal-doped graphene-polyaniline electromagnetic shield material, which involves: (A) preparing camphor sulfonic acid solution, and dividing into two parts; (B) weighing aniline monomer, mixing with foam metal, standing for 30 minutes, adding into camphor sulfonic acid solution to obtain mixture A, and adding oxidant and graphene oxide solution into camphor sulfonic acid solution to obtain solution B; and (C) adding solution B into mixture A, subjecting to oxidation polymerization reaction at (-)10-0 degrees C for 1-6 hours to remove surface modified with doped graphene-foam metal of polyaniline from reaction liquid, washing using de-ionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying to obtain the foam metal doped graphene-polyaniline electromagnetic shield material.
