▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene titanium-based composite material involves (i) adding mixed powder of graphene and silicon carbide particles to ethanol based on certain mass ratio, mixing by shaking and vacuum-drying, (ii) adding titanium alloy (TC4) powder and silicon carbide modified graphene to a ball mill for ball milling and mixing, (iii) using a vacuum hot-press sintering method to prepare a composite preform, and (iv) preparing pure TC4 sheath based on the size of the obtained preform, and putting the preform into the sheath for sealing and hot rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of preforming chemical reaction using graphene and titanium substrate which are liable during high-temperature forming process, and prepares the composite material using few or even single layer of graphene as reinforcement.
