NOVELTY - A low-temperature heat treatment device of graphene oxide heat conducting film, comprising a heat preservation cabin, the bottom of the heat preservation cabin is provided with an insulating material layer; the insulating cabin is provided with multi-layer to-be-pressed graphene oxide film and multi-layer graphite plate interlayer, the graphene oxide film to be pressed and the graphite plate interlayer are alternately stacked in the vertical direction, forming a cylindrical material stack; wherein the edge of the graphene oxide film to be pressed does not exceed the edge of the adjacent graphite plate interlayer; the left and right sides of the cylindrical material stack are respectively vertically provided with a first flexible graphite electrode and a second flexible graphite electrode, two electrodes are electrically connected with the side edge of each graphite plate interlayer, and the two electrodes are respectively electrically connected with the positive negative electrode of a power supply mechanism. The device can realize uniform heating of the graphene oxide film to be pressed.
