NOVELTY - Aqueous anticorrosive coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous emulsion, 5 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-4 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 5-15 pts. wt. pigment, 15-35 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. biological preservative, and 10-20 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as aqueous anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is environmentally-friendly, and non-toxic; selects environmentally friendly anticorrosive pigment and functional additives; meets the needs of enterprise safety production and health of construction staff; and has improved heat resistance, flame resistance, storage period, and low-temperature curability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous anticorrosive coating comprising (1) preparing modified epoxy resin with high toughness from 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25 pts. wt. poly-n-butyl acrylate, 30 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride, 10-15 pts. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile and 5-10 pts. wt. diallyl phthalate; (2) weighing the aqueous emulsion, graphene powder, pigment, filler, antifoaming agent, and dispersant, adding them to the reaction kettle one by one, stirring and mixing, dispersing uniformly at high speed of 1000-3000 revolutions/minute to obtain aqueous dispersion; (3) grinding the dispersion obtained in step (2) until the particle size is less than or equal to 30 mu m, and the time is 1-2 hours; and (4) adding the dispersion obtained in step (3) to biological preservative, anti-flash rust agent and thickening agent in clean reaction tank, stirring and mixing again, and adjusting the pH between 6-8 with film-forming auxiliary agent and pH regulator to obtain aqueous anticorrosive coatings.
