NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced polyimide nanocomposite comprises graphene two-dimensional nanosheet, a polyimide, and polyaniline nanofibers and/or polyaniline nanoparticles. USE - Graphene-reinforced polyimide nanocomposite for preparing protective structure having corrosion protection properties (claimed) and used in aerospace, construction, chemical, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, marine, textile, storage, transportation, and other industries, particles, pulverized coal, dust, smoke, liquid, long-term erosion-resistant wear-resistant anti-corrosion field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-reinforced polyimide nanocomposite has excellent mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and wear rate and preparation process is simple, and the raw materials are widely used, which is beneficial to large-scale implementation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene-reinforced polyimide nanocomposite, which involves: (A) mixing graphene two-dimensional nanosheet with the polyaniline nanofiber and/or the polyaniline nanoparticle in a solvent to obtain a dispersion of the graphene two-dimensional nanosheet; (B) mixing the dispersion of the graphene two-dimensional nanosheet with an aromatic diamine and an aromatic dianhydride, and in-situ polymerization of the aromatic diamine and the aromatic dianhydride to form a polyamide prepolymer/graphene composite; and (C) subjecting polyamide prepolymer to an imidization reaction to obtain the graphene-reinforced polyimide nanocomposite.
