NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene epoxy zinc-rich primer comprises composition I, and composition II. The composition I comprises polyfunctional polyamide curing agent, propylene glycol methyl ether, dodecyl alcohol ester, silicon gas, poly-aluminum-magnesium silicate, and zinc powder. The composition II comprises aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, organosilicone defoamer, silicon substrate wetting agent, siloxane modified polyurea anti-settling thixotropic agent, graphene slurry, and deionized water. USE - Used as aqueous graphene epoxy zinc-rich primer. ADVANTAGE - The zinc-rich primer: has simple preparation process; is easy to operate, and low in production cost; has excellent storage stability, excellent adhesion, excellent salt spray resistance, long-lasting anti-corrosion performance, strong mechanical properties, high glossiness, and high fullness; and is suitable for heavy anti-corrosion field energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous graphene epoxy zinc-rich primer, comprising (i) preparing of mixture A, (ii) preparing mixture B, and (iii) taking 100 pts. wt. mixture A, and 60 pts. wt. mixture B, and uniformly mixing to obtain the product.
