NOVELTY - The device has an electron emitter provided with a discharging electrode and for constructing a corona region filled with free electron. A conductive element is used for forming electronic flow with the corona region to receive free electrons from the corona region. A light source is used for emitting light that is provided with UVA wave band. The photocatalyst layer is attached with the surface of the conductive element. The conductive element is included with the electron energy level which is higher than the conduction band of the photocatalyst layer, such that the conductive element inject the free electron generated by the electron emitter into the photocatalyst layer and forms electron enrichment on the photocatalyst layer. The substrate is made of organic plastic, ceramic, glass and wood, conductive material, aluminum, iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, chromium, nickel, titanium, carbon, chromium. The photocatalyst layer is made of nano-crystalline material. USE - Air sterilizing and purifying device used for eliminating the suspended bacteria and virus in the air. ADVANTAGE - The air sterilizing and purifying device effectively inhibits the transmission of respiratory disease. The device combines the photo-catalysis technology with the negative ion technology, generates electron through the electron emitter and injects into the photocatalyst layer through the conductive element, irradiates the photo catalyst layer through UVA light source, to generate the large amount of strong oxidizing free radical and use the free radical to achieve the effect of killing and purification the pollution source of each kind of pollution in the air.
