▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene dielectric material, formed by drying and curing under the combined action of microwave and ultrasonic wave, is claimed. The raw materials include 100 pts. wt. rubber latex dry basis, 0.1-30 pts. wt. activator, 0.1-10 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.1-10 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.1-90 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-10 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, and 0.1-10 pts. wt. surfactant. The graphene is conventional graphene powder, graphene oxide, redox graphene, single-layer graphene and multi-layer graphene. USE - The graphene dielectric material is useful for flexible sensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene dielectric material: has high capacitance; can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the sensor; and makes the capacitance of the conventional heat-vulcanized graphene rubber material capacitance several orders of magnitude, using the dielectric material to prepare the flexible sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene dielectric material comprising (1) taking each component raw material, adding surfactant into the water, fully stirring and dissolving, adding activating agent, accelerant, sulfur, graphene and anti-aging agent for primary stirring and dispersing into slurry, introducing the slurry into grinder or ultrasonic dispersion machine to disperse for 0.5-24 hours to form stable and uniform water dispersion, (2) adding the water dispersion into the rubber latex, and stirring for 15-60 minutes at normal temperature to form latex mixed solution, and (3) spray printing the latex mixed solution, brush coating, printing roller printing or mechanical coating to obtain the wet film, using ultrasonic wave and microwave common action for drying and vulcanizing, and forming the flexible sensor for graphene dielectric material.
