NOVELTY - Graphene natural rubber oil-proof foaming material comprises 36-44 pts. wt. natural rubber, 28-33 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 8.5-11.5 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 14-16 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 4-6 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1.7-2.1 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2.3-2.9 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.9-2.5 pts. wt. foaming agent, and 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. flow additive. The cross-linking agent is a mixture of sulfur, 1,1-di-t-butylperoxy-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane and N, N'-p-phenyl bismaleimide. The graphene is edge graphene oxide. USE - Used as graphene natural rubber oil-proof foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high tensile strength and large elongation rate, good oil resistance, good mechanical properties, compression permanent deformation rate, good rebound resilience, good mechanical property and good wear-resisting property and is not easy to react with hydrocarbon oil and solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene natural rubber oil-proof foaming material, comprising (i) taking natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, polyvinyl chloride resin, white carbon black, silicone oil, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, stearic acid, crosslinking agent, graphene, foaming agent and flow additive; (ii) adding the natural rubber into the internal mixer, and smelting for 12-14 minutes at 144-148 degrees C, and discharging, and storing the natural rubber at room temperature for more than 48 hours; (iii) adding the natural rubber and nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, polyvinyl chloride resin, white carbon black, silicone oil, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, stearic acid, and graphene into the mixer, mixing for 11-14 minutes at 86-92 degrees C, and smelting for 9-12 minutes at 108-112 degrees C, adding the cross-linking agent, foaming agent and flow additive, heating at 119-122 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, and discharging the material to obtain compacted rubber mixture; (iv) sending the mixer mixture into the mill, thinning on an open mill for 2-4 times and producing tablets to obtain the open rubber mixture, sending the open-kneaded rubber mixture into a mold to be hot-pressed to foam, and cooling and forming and cutting.
