NOVELTY - The device has a device main body provided with an anode, a light emitting layer and a cathode. The anode is provided with a gap compound layer, a metal layer and a graphene layer. The gap compound layer, the metal layer and the graphene layer are laminated on the light emitting layer along preset direction. The gap compound layer is provided with a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The gap compound layer is made of titanium nitride, titanium carbide and zirconium carbide. A surface of the gap compound layer is provided with multiple bumps close to the light emitting layer. USE - Organic LED (OLED) device for use in a display panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has high optical coupling characteristic and high display efficiency, and improves light emitting efficiency, color point and color gamut.
