NOVELTY - A graphene-polysiloxane coating preparing method involves mixing a certain amount of methyltriethoxysilane and ethanol and controlling the temperature of stirring and mixing. The stirred mixture of methyltriethoxysilane and ethanol is added with an aqueous solution of acetic acid, after adding the aqueous acetic acid solution dropwise, and stirred to obtain polysiloxane sol. The polysiloxane sol is added with industrial graphene powder, followed by stirring, heat-treating, placing the obtained open graphene-polysiloxane sol in an oven to evaporate excess solvent ethanol in the sol, after completing the baking, applying a volume of concentrated sol to the surface of the phosphatized carbon steel sample, determining the volume of the pipette, heat treating the phosphide carbon steel coated with the graphene-polysiloxane concentrated sol, after completing the heat treatment, taking out the sample from the oven and reducing the temperature naturally to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-polysiloxane coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene-polysiloxane coating with improved corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-polysiloxane coating preparing method involves mixing a certain amount of methyltriethoxysilane and ethanol, controlling the molar ratio of methyltriethoxysilane to ethanol at 1:3-5, controlling the temperature of stirring and mixing at room temperature of about 30 degrees C, and controlling the stirring time at 10-20 minutes. The stirred mixture of methyltriethoxysilane and ethanol is added with an aqueous solution of acetic acid having a pH of 3 dropwise, controlled the mass ratio of the amount of the acetic acid solution to the amount of methyltriethoxysilane to be between 1:3.9 and 1:2.8, after adding the aqueous acetic acid solution dropwise, and continued the stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain polysiloxane sol. The polysiloxane sol is added with industrial graphene powder, followed by controlling the amount of addition to be 0.1-1 mass% polysiloxane sol, stirring continuously to stir for 0.5-1.5 hours, heat-treating the sealed graphene-polysiloxane sol at 60-70 degrees C for 6-12 hours, placing the obtained open graphene-polysiloxane sol in an oven to evaporate excess solvent ethanol in the sol, controlling the temperature of the oven at 90-120 degrees C, controlling the baking time at 1-2 hours, after completing the baking, converting the graphene-polysiloxane sol having the original dilute sol into a concentrated sol, applying a volume of concentrated sol to the surface of the phosphatized carbon steel sample by a pipette, determining the volume of the pipette according to the area of the sample to be coated, controlling the volume of concentrated sols removed from the surface of 14 cm2 sample at 300-500 mu L, controlling the volume of concentrated sol removed by the sample per unit area at 21.4-35.7 mu L/cm2, horizontally placing the phosphide carbon steel coated with the graphene-polysiloxane concentrated sol in an oven at 60-80 degrees C for heat treatment and controlling the heat treatment time at 8-12 hours, after completing the heat treatment, taking out the sample from the oven and reducing the temperature naturally to obtain the finished product.
