▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fuel cell gas diffusion layer comprises a substrate layer and a microporous layer on the surface of the substrate layer. The raw materials of the micro-porous layer comprises organic siloxane and graphene. USE - Gas diffusion layer for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) useful in automatic, fixed and portable device. Can also be used in electrolyte, platinum/carbon as catalyst, hydrogen as fuel, air or pure oxygen as oxidant. ADVANTAGE - The micro-porous layer improves the hydrophobic performance of the gas diffusion layer, and the electrochemical performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, so that it can act on the fuel cell vehicle. The organic siloxane is decomposed into substance with small molecular weight under the heat treatment condition, so as to reduce the surface tension of the microporous layer and form a micro-nano structure with the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing gas diffusion layer; and (2) a proton exchange membrane fuel cell.
