NOVELTY - The preparation of multifunctional composite material, involves (1) stirring 30-45 pts. wt. copper powder, 18-24 pts. wt. nano-silicon carbide, 15-19 pts. wt. carbon black, 16-23 pts. wt. nano-ferrite and 28-34 pts. wt. graphene at high speed and drying in inert gas oven for 1-3 hours, (2) adding 4-8 pts. wt. zinc chloride whiskers, 10-18 pts. wt. nano-nickel and polymer materials to high-speed mixer for high-speed stirring and drying in inert gas-filled oven for 1 hour, the polymer material comprises 18-26 pts. wt. nylon-66, 10-16 pts. wt. poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) and 5-8 pts. wt. polyvinylidene chloride, (3) adding the material obtained in step (2) to high-speed co-rotating twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, extruding at 190-220 degrees C and granulating to 6-12 mm. USE - Preparation of multifunctional composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of multifunctional composite material with improved electromagnetic shielding effect, high tensile strength and increased compressive strength.
