NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite material by high-speed shear blending involves preparing graphene and polyimide composite powder by mixing thermosetting polyimide powder, graphene powder and flame retardant to obtain composite powder. The composite powder is hot pressed into a liquid state under certain temperature and pressure conditions, and then natural cooled to solidify the composite board. The composite board is heated in three stages to turn it into a liquid state, and the temperature is lowered to make it secondarily cured to obtain a high thermal conductivity graphene composite board. USE - Method for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite material by high-speed shear blending. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared high thermal conductivity graphene composite material by high-speed shear blending, that has a high level of thermal conductivity, good mechanical strength and thermal radiation by performing high-speed shear blending, de-solidification, solidification, and secondary solidification of each component in a specific ratio, and also have flame retardant effect.
