▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The silver paste comprises 80-90 pts. wt. sheet graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. glass powder and 8-16 pts. wt. organic carrier, where the organic carrier is prepared by solvent, plasticizer, agglomerant, thickener, coupling agent and surfactant agent. A sheet layer graphene is prepared by taking sheet layer graphene 0.5-7 % of mass fraction and silver nitrate solution as raw material. The solvent is mixture of terpineol and butyl carbitol acetate. The plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate. The agglomerant is ethyl cellulose. The thickening agent is polyurethane thickening agent. The polyurethane thickening agent is polyurethane, bentonite or hydrogenated castor oil. The coupling agent is silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent is KH-550, KH-570 or isopropyl tri (dioctyl phosphate acyloxy) titanate. The surfactant agent is methyl silicate. USE - High-concentration graphene conductive silver paste for manufacturing electronic components. Uses include but are not limited to thick film integrated circuit, resistor, resistance network, capacitor, conductive ink, solar battery electrode, LED, printing and high resolution conductor, film switch/flexible circuit and conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell with high concentration graphene conductive silver paste screen printing can reach 22.822%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a high-concentration graphene conductive silver paste preparation method.
