▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Component preparation and research method for researching evolution rule of fiber-reinforced composite material (FRP) rib mechanical property in sea water and sea sand concrete involves preparing polyvinylene chloride (PVC) pipe (1) with inner diameter of 30 millimeter (mm), graphene-ethylene fluoride (GFRP) rib with diameter of 10 mm, FRP (3), using 42.5 grade common silicate cement, sea sand and sea water to make sea sand concrete (2) and steel pipe; using chlorine salt, magnesium chloride, sulfur, calcium chloride and potassium chloride, resin, heating device, soaking basin, strain gauge, and loading device. USE - Component preparation and research method for researching evolution rule of FRP rib mechanical property in sea water and sea sand concrete used in construction field of China and in civil engineering test field. ADVANTAGE - The component preparation and research method of test design is novel and reasonable, where test mode is simple, operation difficulty is small, effectively reach test expected; solves problem of unstable water temperature in test maintenance process, using constant temperature heating device, which effectively ensure accuracy of test, reduces test error, and supplement research of mechanical property of FRP rib in sea-water and sea sand concrete.
