▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Purifying quantum dot comprises providing a quantum dot solution, freezing the quantum dot solution, performing solid-liquid separation, and discarding solid impurities to obtain purified quantum dot, where preparation steps are: (i) reacting mixed solution containing cationic precursor and anionic precursor to obtain reaction product containing nanoparticle, (ii) mixing reaction product containing nanoparticle, first organic solvent, and second organic solvent to obtain first mixed system, then performing solid-liquid separation on the first mixed system at 80-100 ℃, and discarding the supernatant to obtain first solid isolate, and (iii) dispersing the first solid isolate in a non-polar solvent to obtain quantum dot solution. USE - The quantum dot is useful in light emitting device and electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the device efficiency, service life and display effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Quantum dot is obtained by the above method, where mass percent content of the cation precursor in the quantum dot is less than 3%; Light emitting device comprising an anode, a cathode disposed opposite to the anode, and a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and cathode, where material of the light-emitting layer comprises quantum dot; and Electronic device comprising light emitting device.
