NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensor unit provided with a substrate, an input optical fiber, an output optical fiber and a graphene thin film cover. The input optical fiber is fixed with a micro-ring structure and fixed on the substrate. The micro-ring structure is fixed with a remote end of the graphene thin film cover. A tail end of the input optical fiber is connected with the output optical fiber that is fixed with the substrate. Diameter of a head section of the input optical fiber is about 125 um. Diameter of a tail section of the input optical fiber is about 2 to 3 um. USE - Graphene thin film cover annular optical fiber gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple to manufacture, convenient to assemble and easy to adjust, and has high sensitivity, stability and response speed and low production cost, and occupies less space.
