NOVELTY - A corrosion resistant paint comprises 55-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-4 pts. wt. clay, 10-15 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 2-4 pts. wt. adipic acid dihydrazide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. isothiazolinone, 0.5-2 pts. wt. soybean phospholipids, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. toner, 5-10 pts. wt. dodecanol ester, 5-10 pts. wt. xylene, 0.5-1 pt. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 2-4 pts. wt. alumina, 2-5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol ether acetate, 2-5 pts. wt. boron nitride, 2-6 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 5-10 pts. wt. isopropanol and 10-15 pts. wt. water. USE - Corrosion resistant paint for gate valve. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant paint has excellent scratch resistance, aging resistance, thermal resistance, high hardness, excellent gloss effect and strong adhesion performance, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of corrosion resistant paint, which involves mixing the components in high-speed mixer, transferring to grinding machine and grinding to obtain final product with fineness of less than 10 mu m.
