▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method of preparing electrically driven thermochromic fiber involves: (a) adding carboxylated single-walled carbon nanotube dispersion liquid to the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and stirring to obtain graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite solution, wherein the mass ratio of graphene oxide to carboxylated single-walled carbon nanotube is 0.8-3:1; (b) dropping aqueous polyurethane to the graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite solution, where the mass ratio of aqueous polyurethane to graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite is 1:8-12; (c) soaking polyurethane fiber in graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite solution, removing, and drying, repeating soaking and drying until the fiber weight is increased by 15-30%; (d) placing the fiber in oven at 180-220°C for thermal reduction; and (e) adding isophorone to thermochromic ink, mixing uniformly, coating mixture on the conductive fiber, and drying, where the mass ratio of thermochromic ink and isophorone is 12-18:1. USE - Method of preparing electrically driven thermochromic fiber for preparing smart textiles. ADVANTAGE - The method provides electrically driven thermochromic fiber can actively control discoloration, and multifunctional, and can be prepared in simple and convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electrically driven thermochromic fiber, which is prepared by the method.
