NOVELTY - Graphene-based photocuring paste comprises 0.5-10 wt.% graphene, 10-60 wt.% photosensitive resin, 20-70 wt.% reactive diluent, 1-12 wt.% photoinitiator, and 0.2-3 wt.% additives. USE - Graphene-based photocuring paste used in three-dimensional (3D) printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based photocuring paste provides excellent texture and appearance to 3D printed materials without affecting the printer speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based photocuring paste, which involves, adding graphene directly into reactive diluent, mixing and stirring at 0-10 degrees C and 200-500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, adding dispersant, shearing at 3000-20000 rpm for 5-60 minutes in a high-speed emulsifier having rotor-stator arrangement, adding photosensitive resin and defoaming agent, mixing at 200-500 rpm for 5-30 minutes, dispersing at 1000-8000rpm for 10-30 minutes in a high speed disperser having serrated disc, adding photoinitiator to the dispersion, and mixing at 200-500rpm for 5-20 minutes.
