USE - Graphene oxide modified high performance tire vulcanizing capsule. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide modified high performance tire vulcanizing capsule has good heat conductivity, high mechanical property, and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide modified high performance tire vulcanizing capsule, which involves: (A) preparing oxidized graphene aqueous dispersion A dispersing certain amount of oxidized graphite into deionized water, adding silane coupling agent solution to dispersing for 2-4 hours under ultrasonic temperature of 30-50 degrees C at ultrasonic power of 300 Watt to obtain surface-modified aqueous solution of graphene oxide; (B) preparing blend emulsion by adding certain amount of neoprene latex in high-speed stirred tank, adding oxidized graphene water dispersion to preparing oxidized graphene/neoprene latex emulsion; (C) adding neoprene composition under stirring conditions, adding blended emulsion to coagulating agent calcium chloride solution for flocculation, dehydrating coagulum and the drying lotion to obtain oxidized graphene/neoprene combination; (D) preparing butyl rubber composite for tire vulcanized capsules by adding butyl rubber, graphene/neoprene rubber, stearic acid, castor oil, N-330 carbon black, zinc oxide, vulcanized resin by two kneading, filtering, and extruding to preparing butyl rubber composite materials; and (E) preparing oxidized graphene-modified high-performance tire vulcanized capsules by injecting, vulcanizing, and polishing in conventional manner by using butyl rubber composite.
