NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene membrane electrode involves mixing graphite oxide in powder form, chelating agent, titanium source, manganese source and weakly acidic pH water, adding chelating agent, titanium source, manganese source and water with weakly acidic pH value for 10-20 minutes, leaving still for 20-30 minutes to obtain stock solution (s1), mixing the stock solution (s1) and strong oxidizing agent solution, obtaining stock solution (s2), adding dispersing agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining graphite oxide dispersion liquid, placing in a drying room at 70-85 degrees C for drying to moisture content of less than 12%, suction-filtering, forming a graphene film on the membrane, soaking in 70-80 degrees C silicone oil or fatty acid amide for 1-2 hours, separating graphene film using a special scraper, washing with weak alkaline water for 30-40 minutes, and drying at 70-85 degrees C for 1-2 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene membrane electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene membrane electrode without damaging graphene film by removing large amount of impurities inside the graphite, increasing concentration of graphite, increasing dependence of graphene on suction filter membrane, and reducing loss of graphene on the membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene membrane electrode involves mixing 8-18 pts. wt. graphite oxide in powder form, 1-3 pts. wt. chelating agent, 2-4 pts. wt. titanium source, 2-4 pts. wt. manganese source and 20-30 pts. wt. weakly acidic pH water for 10-20 minutes, leaving still for 20-30 minutes, adding 0.5-1 pt. wt. chelating agent, 0.8-1 pt. wt. titanium source, 0.8-1 pt. wt. manganese source and 10-15 pts. wt. water with weakly acidic pH value for 10-20 minutes, leaving still for 20-30 minutes to obtain stock solution (s1), mixing the stock solution (s1) and strong oxidizing agent solution in a ratio of 4:1 at 65-70 degrees C for 5-8 minutes, obtaining stock solution (s2), adding dispersing agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining graphite oxide dispersion liquid with concentration of 30-50%, placing in a drying room at 70-85 degrees C for drying to moisture content of less than 12%, suction-filtering, forming a graphene film on the membrane, soaking in 70-80 degrees C silicone oil or fatty acid amide for 1-2 hours, separating graphene film using a special scraper, washing with weak alkaline water for 30-40 minutes, and drying at 70-85 degrees C for 1-2 hours. The blade of the film scraper is conical, and width of the cutting edge is 1-1.4 mm. The dispersing agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone and/or polyvinyl alcohol.
