NOVELTY - Modified nitrile rubber fuel pipe comprises 70-75 pts. wt. nitrile rubber/polyvinyl chloride blend rubber, 20-25 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene-vinyldenefluoride, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. modified nano aluminum oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 55-60 pts. wt. modified nano silicon dioxide, 10-12 pts. wt. modified mica powder, 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant mercaptobenzimidazole, 2-3 pts. wt. paraffin, 8-10 pts. wt. aromatic oil, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator M, and 2-3 pts. wt. sulfur. USE - Used as the modified nitrile rubber fuel pipe. ADVANTAGE - The fuel pipe: has excellent fuel resistance, ozone resistance, and heat resistance property; is not easy to accumulate static electricity. The method: is simple; has strong operability; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified nitrile rubber fuel pipe comprising mixing the modified graphene oxide, modified nano aluminum oxide, modified nano white carbon black, and modified mica powder to obtain a filled powder, smelting the nitrile rubber/polyvinyl chloride blend rubber and tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene-vinyldenefluoride on an open mixer at 40-50 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, covering the roll, then slowly adding 1/3 weight filling agent powder and antioxidant mercaptobenzimidazole, accelerator M, paraffin, aromatic oil, and 1/3 weight filling agent powder, then adding stearic acid, 1/3 weight filling agent powder and sulfur, and finally adding zinc oxide to obtain mixing gum, extruding and vulcanizing the compounded rubber.
