NOVELTY - Transparent conductive coating comprises a substrate (10) and at least one bottom layer (20), at least one conductive network layer (30) and a surface protection layer (40) sequentially stacked on the substrate. USE - Transparent conductive coating used for aviation transparent piece, and for touch display screen (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent conductive coating reduces the amount of carbon material used by adopting the way that the polyurethane coating and the graphene/carbon nanotube conductive layer are superimposed on each other, and ensures that the coating has good conductivity and good light transmittance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the transparent conductive coating, which involves coating the polyurethane solution doped with graphene, carbon nanotubes and lithium salt on the substrate, and then heating and curing at 60-90 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain the bottom layer; coating the mixed solution of graphene and carbon nanotubes uniformly on the bottom layer to form a uniform liquid film, keepingfor 1-3 hours, and drying at 70-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a conductive network layer; and coating the polyurethane coating solution doped with graphene and carbon nanotubes on the conductive network layer to obtain a surface protection layer; (2) a aviation transparent piece includes an outer surface protective layer, and the outer surface protective layer is the transparent conductive coating; and (3) a touch display screen includes an outer surface protection layer, and the outer surface protection layer is the transparent conductive coating.
