▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyethylene glycol loaded graphene oxide/silver sulfadiazine (GO-PEG/Ag-SD) composite material comprises polyethylene glycol loaded graphene oxide and silver nanoparticles, and sulfadiazine nanoparticles supported on the composite surface. USE - The composite material is useful as an antibacterial agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is easy to recycle and reuse; and has good economic and environmental benefits, large specific surface area, and strong sterilizing ability and sterilizing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the composite material, comprising (i) stirring and mixing aqueous PEGylated graphene oxide dispersion and aqueous silver nitrate solution, where the mass ratio of PEGylated graphene oxide and silver nitrate is 1:34-68, and adding alkali solution sodium citrate or hydrazine hydrate while stirring until the pH of the system is 8-14 to obtain a GO-PEG/AgNO3 composite precursor solution; (ii) subjecting the GO-PEG/AgNO3 composite precursor solution to hydrothermal reaction under the microwave power 200-400 W for 1-2 minutes, washing, drying and dissolving with water to obtain aqueous GO-PEG/Ag dispersion; and (iii) stirring and mixing aqueous GO-PEG/Ag dispersion and dimethyl sulfoxide solution of sulfadiazine for 12-16 hours, where the mass ratio of GO-PEG/Ag and sulfadiazine is 1:0.5-2, and dialyzing for 3 days.
