NOVELTY - A powder coating is prepared by taking polyester powder, copper powder, graphene and deionized water, mixing using wet grinding device with zirconium oxide microsphere grinding medium, milling, adding zinc nitrate hexahydrate and ammonia water, dispersing and reacting, adding polyester curing agent, leveling agent, brightening agent and degasifying agent, wet grinding, spraying onto work piece, preheating, and curing. USE - Method for preparing powder coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has smooth finish with antibacterial, mildew-proof and antiseptic functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A powder coating is prepared by taking 100:0.5-2:0.5-3:150-400 mass ratio of polyester powder, copper powder, graphene and deionized water, mixing using wet grinding device with zirconium oxide microsphere grinding medium, milling at rate of 1700-2000 revolutions/minute (rpm) at 3 degrees C, adding 2-8:0.5-1 mass ratio of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and ammonia water, dispersing and reacting at rate of 20000-30000 rpm at 80-90 degrees C, adding 9:2:2:0.4 mass ratio of polyester curing agent, leveling agent, brightening agent and degasifying agent, wet grinding at rate of 1700-2000 rpm at 20-25 degrees C, spraying onto work piece, preheating for at 60-70 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, and curing for 30-60 minutes at 185-200 degrees C.
